Hertz UAE has opened a new car rental location at the recently launched Etihad Travel Mall in Dubai.
This new branch marks Hertz’s 20th location in the United Arab Emirates, says the company. Located on the ground floor of Etihad Airways’ travel retail mall and check-in facility, guests can purchase tickets and board an Etihad Express coach directly from Dubai to Abu Dhabi International Airport.
“This latest location in Dubai is symbolic of the seamless connection between Etihad Airways and Hertz, and is one of the many ways we are continuing to work in close partnership with the fastest growing airline in the history of commercial aviation,” says Michel Taride, president of Hertz International.
To mark the opening of the new location, Hertz is offering a free Hertz Entertainer booklet to guests who purchase a monthly rental, says the company.
“The introduction of a Hertz car rental location will provide even more convenient options for guests and complements the existing retail mix at Etihad Travel Mall, which includes outlets for Etihad Airways and our Etihad Holidays, Hala Abu Dhabi and Hala Travel Management subsidiaries,” says Peter Baumgartner, chief commercial officer at Etihad Airways.
