Pat Bowie, the director of training and development for International Franchise Systems (IFS), owners of the Rent-A-Wreck, Priceless, and Nextcar brands, recently visited Capitol Hill with the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) Maryland team.
SHRM members from all over the U.S. attended the Day on the Hill visit.
