Rentalcars Connect, a division of Rentalcars.com, will be implementing its first fully integrated platform for Finnair customers. The platform will include a tab for car rentals and another for ground transport.
With the platform, Finnair customers will have access to a range of ground transportation options, including car rentals, taxis, executive transfers, buses, and trains.
The platform also allows customers to book their ground transportation in their preferred language and currency in locations across the globe, including Finnair destinations in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Middle East, according to Rentalcars Connect.
“As we were already in the process of offering car rentals to our customers, we really wanted a way to enhance the product offering further,” said Anni Ahnger, Finnair’s head of ancillary sales. “Rentalcars Connect have provided us with a great solution that now gives us the chance to offer our customers private and public transport offerings alongside car rentals within one platform, creating a seamless, end-to-end customer journey.”
“We’re finding that our partners are becoming increasingly interested in broader one-stop-shop solutions that offer more customer choice across a suite of ground transportation products,” said Fraser Ellacott, managing director, Rentalcars Connect. “A simple, frictionless experience for our partner’s customers is the goal, and we’re really excited to be launching this ‘first’ with Finnair whilst continuing our ongoing vision to become the leading partner in ground transportation solutions.”
