Sixt Rent a Car has expanded in the Middle East by adding locations in Kuwait, including at the Kuwait International Airport and Kuwait City.
Kuwait Sixt will be offering a range of services from short- and long-term car rentals to limousine service, including a premium fleet of sports cars and SUVs, says the company.

“The Middle East is a very important region for business and industry,” said Rüdiger Proske, senior vice president of franchise at Sixt. “Sixt’s high-quality services are very popular in the region and are growing fast. Launching ourselves in Kuwait was therefore the next logical step in our expansion: by establishing a presence in this emirate, we will offer business customers and private travelers an even more closely knit network of mobility services in the Middle East.”
Rental operators can now detect and act on speeding while vehicles are still on rent, thereby reducing fines, admin workload, vehicle wear, and safety risks.
The combination brings actionable vehicle insights into PurCo’s PurInspect platform, improving damage detection and operational efficiency for rental fleets.
