A woman has been charged with conspiracy to commit arson after helping burn down a St. Paul, Minn., Enterprise Rent-A-Car, WCCO reports.
The woman was caught on CCTV with two other people breaking the front windows and then leaving as the building filled with smoke. The two other people have not yet been identified.
