York Car Rental and DCL Oto Kiralama have entered a Master Franchise Agreement that will open 15 car rental offices in Turkey.

The Master Franchise agreement brings together convenient on-site and local modern car rental offices in Turkey. Under the agreement, merging York Car Rental's state-of-the-art franchise system and technology with the supply of 2,500 new cars from DCL Oto Kiralama will allow both companies to expand their footprint and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

“We are thrilled to partner with DCL Oto Kiralama, an organization with the same promise to provide excellent customer service and a culturally aligned, strong growth vision. We will create the next chapter of the car rental achievement while protecting the York label,” said Michael Fathi, CEO of Hub Mobility Group.

York Car Rental Of Turkey's Customers will now enjoy an expanded fleet of vehicles, ranging from economy cars to luxury vehicles, providing them with a broader range of options to suit their preferences and needs. They will also benefit from enhanced customer support, streamlined booking processes, and improved service quality resulting from the partnership, according to Ibrahim Dicle, CEO of DCL Oto Kiralama.

The partnership will also bring new loyalty programs, exclusive discounts, and added benefits for customers, further enhancing their overall experience with York Car Rental Of Turkey, said Zehra Bozanoglu, director of DCL Oto Kiralama.
