Enterprise Holdings Updates Loyalty Programs
National Car Rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car brands will extend their elite tiers through Emerald Club and Enterprise Plus for another year, until Feb. 28, 2022.

Both Emerald Club and Enterprise Plus will rollover any qualifying rentals and rental days above those needed to get the member to the next tier, giving the member a balance into the following year.

Enterprise Holdings has updated its loyalty rewards program for its Enterprise and National brands. As COVID-19 forces more people to stay at home and cancel travel plans, National and Enterprise will extend their elite tiers of Emerald Club and Enterprise Plus.
The tiers will be extended another year, meaning that those tiers expiring on Feb. 28, 2021, will now expire on Feb. 28, 2022.
Both Emerald Club and Enterprise Plus will rollover any qualifying rentals and rental days above those needed to get the member to the next tier, giving the member a balance into the following year.
“These are difficult times for everyone, and we thank all who are staying home to help keep our communities safe," Randal Narike, executive vice president of Global Mobility and Customer Experience at Enterprise Holdings, said in a statement. "While travel has waned, customer loyalty hasn’t. And we want our customers to know we appreciate them and that their benefits will be there for them to enjoy when they are ready and able to travel again."
Additionally, Enterprise Plus extended the expiration on points expiring in March, April and May, earlier this month. Emerald Club program free days do not expire until December 31.
Enterprise Holdings, which owns the Enterprise and National brands, is open during this time to meet critical transportation and personal mobility needs; to serve those who need a vehicle and to help frontline responders including emergency services, utilities, military and local governments that continue to move critical goods and services.
