SAN ANTONIO --- Travelers and the general public will soon see the new logo of San Antonio-based Advantage Rent A Car as they unfold the company’s re-branding campaign. Recently acquired by ARC Venture Holdings Inc., an investment firm, Advantage is presenting its customers with a new look.

The new design displays three bars that the company says represent the culture and values of the "new" Advantage. According to Advantage, the bars of the insignia represent the employees, the company environment and the experience. Advantage Rent A Car will re-image its 150 locations in the continental US and 130 locations in 32 countries internationally over the next 18 months. While the company will use the new brand symbol on signage, new busses and facility upgrades, the logo will also be released electronically in the next 30 days on travel and partner Web sites.
