Alseth to Lead Marketing at Avis and Budget
New senior vice president of marketing previously held position of vice president of branding for Avis and Budget.
Avis Budget Car Rental LLC, the parent company of Avis Rent A Car and Budget Rent A Car, announced that Becky Alseth has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing. In this new role, she will oversee the marketing for Avis and Budget out of their corporate headquarters in Parsippany, N.J.
Since joining the company in 2004, she has held the position of vice president of branding for Avis and Budget. Alseth brings more than 15 years of experience to her new role having held a variety of senior level marketing positions at The Clorox Co, Nestle and Diageo.
Alseth received a BS from Montana Tech and a MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle. She currently lives in Morristown, N.J.
