Tanner joined ANC in April of this year as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Since then, he has overseen several of the company's key projects: the new partnership between Alamo Rent A Car and the Walt Disney Corp., the launch of Alamo's new ad campaign, securing key corporate accounts, and the adoption of new branding strategies for Alamo and National.

Laux replaces Wayne Moor as ANC's CFO and senior vice president. Laux has been an independent consultant for ANC since Dec. 2001. He has focused primarily on the company's foreign operations and development of ANC's 2002 business plan.
