ADESA, Inc. (NYSE:KAR), North America's largest publicly traded provider of wholesale vehicle auctions and used vehicle dealer floorplan financing, today announced Brad Walsh has been promoted to Executive Director of National Sales for ADESA Corporation, the company's used vehicle services business.

"Walsh will be a great addition to the ADESA sales team," said Jason Ferreri, ADESA's Vice President of Sales. "He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven track record in customer relations to his new role. I'm excited to have a well-respected sales executive join our already strong team."

Prior to taking on his current assignment, Walsh served in a variety of roles at ADESA Impact, the company's salvage auction business. He joined the company in 2004 as Director of Settlement Package Express, the company's salvage title procurement solution. He also served as Vice President of Title Administration and Corporate Accounts and, most recently, as Vice President of Sales for ADESA Impact.

Walsh began his career with CCC Information Services in 1988, serving in a number of roles over the next seven years, eventually as the Director of Product Planning. In 1995 he joined Globe Glass & Mirror, which later became Vistar after merging with a competitor, Windshields America. He also worked with ADP as the Director of Sales and Field Marketing for the company's claims solutions group. Prior to joining ADESA in 2004, Walsh served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and minority owner for the PRISM Network in Jacksonville, Fla., which was later acquired by Crawford & Company.

Walsh earned a BBA degree from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan and has completed coursework for an MBA at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.
