Budget Named Car Rental Supplier of the Year
Travel Leaders named Budget Rent A Car as the “Car Supplier of the Year” at the 2009 Travel Leaders National Meeting in Salt Lake City.
Budget Rent A Car was named “Car Rental Supplier of the Year” by Travel Leaders (formerly Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates), one of the largest leisure and corporate managed business travel agency networks in the world. The “Supplier of the Year” awards, presented during the 2009 Travel Leaders National Meeting held in Salt Lake City, recognize suppliers for their products and services, customer service and sales support.
“Budget is valued by our travel managers and agents as a supplier on which they rely for professional service,” said Roger E. Block, CTC, president of Travel Leaders Franchise Group. “We congratulate Budget and their employees on a job well done.”
“We are committed to providing Travel Leaders’ travel managers and agents with the tools and support they need to take advantage of our great rates, quality vehicles and superior service,” said Kaye Ceille, senior vice president of global travel and partnership sales at Avis Budget Group, parent company of Budget. “We appreciate their partnership and support, and graciously accept this distinguished award.”
