Centriz Costa Rica Corp., operator of the brands Budget Car Rental and Apex Car Rental, was accredited as one of the best corporations to work for at the Central American level.
Centriz earned the certification in the categories of “Best Places to Work in Costa Rica,” “Best Places to Work for 100 to 1,000 collaborators in Central America,” and “Best Places to Work of Central American Origin.”
“Being a service corporation, the quality of our human talent is reflected in the service given to our customers; that is why we invest in our most valued resource always guided by our internal values,” said Paulo Vargas, Centriz general manager.
The list of corporations that receive acknowledgements each year is the result of a climate and organizational culture study that measures conducts, behaviors, and working environment.
Centriz offers programs directed toward improving the quality of life of its collaborators such as “WOW Moments.” Furthermore, the company has promoted several training projects for professional development, study scholarships, development plans, and employees’ association.
Centriz has 39 years in the car rental industry and 15 offices distributed within the Costa Rican territory.
