TULSA, Okla. -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. will announce fourth-quarter and full-year 2001 financial results before the market opens on Friday, Feb. 8.

A conference call to review the company's fourth quarter and full year 2001 results will be held at 10 a.m. (central time) on Friday, Feb. 8.

CEO and Chairman Joe Cappy will lead the call. Also participating will be Steve Hildebrand, CFO; Gary Paxton, president of Dollar Rent A Car Systems Inc.; and Don Himelfarb, president of Thrifty Inc.

A live audio webcast of the call will be available on the company's website, www.dtag.com. Domestic participants can call (800) 346-2923 and ask for the Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group conference call. The number for international participants is (973) 528-0009. Callers are advised to dial in approximately 10 minutes before the beginning of the conference.

A replay of the conference call will be made available one hour following the conclusion of the call. To access the domestic audio replay, call (800) 332-6854.
