Enterprise Wins Market Metrix Hospitality Award

Since the Market Metrix was instituted in 2002, the car rental company has been recognized as the leader in customer satisfaction in the car rental industry 21 out of 22 times.

Market Metrix, LLC, a provider of customer and employee feedback and performance tools for the hospitality industry, recently announced that Enterprise Rent-A-Car won its annual Market Metrix Hospitality Index (MMHI) for 2007.

Along with the car rental company, Kimpton Hotels and Sun Country Airlines ranked number one in the hotel and airline customer satisfaction, respectively.
