Hertz Awards CDI Recruitment Process Outsourcing Contract
CDI will be responsible for the hiring process of all Hertz positions below the vice president level in North America and will be the primary manager of the overall contract.
The Hertz Corporation has awarded CDI Corp. and its CDI-Talent Management division a five-year Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) contract, CDI recently announced.
CDI will be responsible for the hiring process of all positions below the vice president level in North America and will be the primary manager of the overall contract. CDI has selected Spherion Corporation RPO services division as a fulfillment partner to assist with streamlining the recruitment of non-exempt positions.
"Hertz is aggressively moving toward becoming an employer of choice and we firmly believe that this process begins with the recruitment process," says LeighAnne Baker, senior vice president, chief human resources officer. "We're confident CDI and its solution partner will provide Hertz with highly-qualified candidates while creating better efficiencies in our overall hiring process."
