ATLANTA -- Worldspan announced that Hertz Rent A Car has become the newest participant in Worldspan Car Source, Worldspan's highest level of connectivity for rental car bookings.

When travel agents, Website customers and Worldspan Trip Manager users request availability from Hertz, requests are routed directly to the Hertz system. Users can access up-to-the-minute availability, rates, rules and other information in an interactive booking environment.

Car Source also provides complete information on one-way rates, corporate discounts, packages, promotions and special equipment -- all with the initial availability request.
