DENVER -- Navigant International Inc. has agreed to acquire 50% of TUI Business Travel Deutschland's TQ3 Travel Solutions. The deal represents a joint venture between the second largest travel management company in North America and the leading European travel management company.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Currently, Navigant operates 1,000 locations in 20 countries and U.S. territories, employing 4,200 associates. TUI Business Travel Deutschland, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, has 1,200 locations in 80 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. TUI has 8,500 associates.
