NBTA Appoints Enterprise's Carr to Allied Leadership Council
NBTA notes that car rental is an important market segment for corporate travel; Carr's appointment ensures that segment is well represented on the Board-level council.
The National Business Travel Association (NBTA) has announced the appointment of Brad Carr, vice president of corporate business development, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, to the NBTA Allied Leadership Council (ALC).
The mission of the ALC is to represent NBTA’s Allied Members by acting as a voice for the Allied community within NBTA, and to assure a strong Allied/NBTA relationship addressing common interests facing the travel industry.
The NBTA president appoints members of the Allied Leadership Council for two-year terms. The ALC president and vice president are also members of the NBTA Board of Directors.
Carr is responsible for overseeing Enterprise’s Corporate Business division. He began his career with Enterprise in 1986 as a management trainee at a rental branch in southern California.
Since then, Carr has served in many capacities with Enterprise, including vice president/general manager of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, corporate vice president of group operations and vice president/general manager of the Eastern Massachusetts/New Hampshire/Maine operations.
