Nissan Unveils 2011 Vehicle Lineup
The automaker’s all-new pure electric LEAF and motosports-inspired JUKE lead the lineup and will be introduced later this year.
Nissan North American announced its 2011 vehicle lineup, featuring the all-new models LEAF and JUKE.
The 2011 LEAF, a pure electric vehicle, is slated for launch in late 2010 in the United States, Europe and Japan. The LEAF has a zero-emission powertrain and platform, and a real-world range autonomy of up to 100 miles.
The 2011 JUKE, which enters the compact hatchback/crossover segment, has motorsports-influenced styling inside and out. The JUKE features Nissan's new 1.6-liter Direct Injection Gasoline Turbo engine and advanced torque vectoring AWD system. The JUKE will be available in fall 2010.
In early 2011, the all-new Nissan Quest minivan returns to showrooms. Nissan will provide more details closer to its launch.
Next year, Nissan will enter the commercial vehicle market in North America with the 2010 Nissan NV.
