Payless Signs Preferred Partner Agreement with Expedia
Under the agreement, Expedia customers will have access to Payless Car Rental's fleet of vehicles.
On May 1, Florida-based Payless Car Rental announced a new multi-year agreement with Expedia Inc., a leading online travel company. Under the agreement, Payless Car Rental will join the Expedia® Preferred Rental Car Program, making its best rental rates available to Expedia customers. Participation in the Preferred Rental Car Program will give Expedia’s more than 23 million monthly unique online visitors access to Payless Car Rental’s fleet of vehicles available at more than 80 locations around the world.
“Expanding our partnership with Expedia through its Preferred Rental Car Program gives Payless an opportunity to broaden our online presence,” said Rick Stevens, president of Payless Car Rental Inc. "In addition to building the Payless brand as a quality alternative to higher priced rental companies, this partnership helps Payless reach millions more consumers.”
“Expedia is pleased to build on its successful relationship with Payless Car Rental by welcoming them to the Preferred Partner Program,” said Greg Schulze, vice president of transport and tour for Expedia Inc. “We look forward to working closely with Payless to help them meet their distribution goals and connect them with Expedia’s unmatched global audience.”
