Due to customer demand, Avis will reintroduce its travel planning service, Personally Yours. The program was first introduced in 1985 and is a made-to-order itinerary service that covers 21 European countries.

When Avis customers book their rental vehicle through Avis' Discover Europe pre-paid rate, an itinerary is prepared. Travelers must, however, book and request Personally Yours at least 21 days in advance of their departure date.
