MetroGistics, a full-service vehicle transportation company based in Saint Louis, has announced it has relocated from South 7th Street to a larger space at 110 Rock Cliff Court, Suite D, the company announced Aug. 15. While it has also recently opened a branch office in Port Huron, Mich., the company’s corporate headquarters remain in the greater Saint Louis area.

The new 11,000-square-foot space will include a designated call center providing support to customers seven days a week, 14 hours a day. The dispatch center features LED screens with real-time feeds, similar to those found in high-tech trading companies. An expanded employee base of 20 will use MetroGistics’ new programs to instantaneously match drivers and carriers with shipments to provide the best possible service and reliability.

“Since the day we launched MetroGistics in 2010, industry response to our services and operations model has been fantastic,” said William Billiter, managing partner. “This has prompted tremendous growth for the company, and we’re pleased to be moving to a larger office to accommodate even more anticipated growth.”

“We’ve always been at the forefront of new technology with texting solutions, iPhone apps, Web-based transportation management and more,” said Scott Naz, managing partner. “Now with more space, we can develop and implement even more cutting-edge technology to service our customers.”
