U-Save International
U-Save International announces the appointment of a new master franchise for Mauritius, further strengthening the brand's growing international network, U-Save stated in a press release.
The franchise has been acquired by Mauritian travel entrepreneur Umarfarooq Omarjee, a well-established figure in the island's tourism and mobility sector. "Umarfarooq is no stranger to the U-Save family, having successfully operated the Green Motion franchise in Mauritius for more than a decade, building a strong reputation for customer service, operational excellence and sustainable vehicle rental solutions," the release said.
Mauritius continues to be one of the Indian Ocean's most sought-after tourism destinations, welcoming visitors from around the world throughout the year. Richard Lowden, President of U-Save International, welcomed the expansion, saying:
"I am absolutely delighted to welcome Umarfarooq to the U-Save family. Having worked together for more than ten years through Green Motion, we know first-hand the passion, professionalism and commitment he brings to the business. It is incredibly rewarding to see successful partners continue to invest in our brands, and I have every confidence that U-Save Mauritius will thrive under his leadership. We look forward to supporting Umarfarooq and his team as they continue to grow their business and deliver outstanding service to customers visiting this beautiful island."
The appointment reflects U-Save International's continued strategy of partnering with experienced local entrepreneurs who possess in-depth market knowledge and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
"With a rapidly expanding global network spanning Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, U-Save continues to strengthen its position as one of the world's fastest-growing vehicle rental franchise systems," the release stated.
