U-Save Expands Indian Ocean Presence with New Master Franchise for Mauritius

The franchise has been acquired by Mauritian travel entrepreneur Umarfarooq Omarjee, an established figure in the island's tourism and mobility sector.

U-Save International announces the appointment of a new master franchise for Mauritius, further strengthening the brand's growing international network, U-Save stated in a press release.

 The franchise has been acquired by Mauritian travel entrepreneur Umarfarooq Omarjee, a well-established figure in the island's tourism and mobility sector. "Umarfarooq is no stranger to the U-Save family, having successfully operated the Green Motion franchise in Mauritius for more than a decade, building a strong reputation for customer service, operational excellence and sustainable vehicle rental solutions," the release said.

Mauritius continues to be one of the Indian Ocean's most sought-after tourism destinations, welcoming visitors from around the world throughout the year. Richard Lowden, President of U-Save International, welcomed the expansion, saying:

 "I am absolutely delighted to welcome Umarfarooq to the U-Save family. Having worked together for more than ten years through Green Motion, we know first-hand the passion, professionalism and commitment he brings to the business.
