FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.-- Alamo Rent A Car has expanded operations in Australia at major airport destinations, including Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Brisbane.
Alamo joined forces with Delta Rent A Car to open 40 new locations in Australia.
"Alamo is very excited about our expanded presence across Australia, giving travelers the opportunity to enjoy our quality service, almost anywhere in the world," said Jerry Mosiello, vice president of travel industry sales.
Delta Rent A Car was established 12 years ago and is the largest, 100% Australian-owned, car rental company. It has a fleet of more than 8,000 vehicles, with plans to increase that number to 10,000 during the next year.
