Anderson Elected to TRALA Board
Scott Anderson of Rush Enterprises has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial equipment finance and vehicle renting and leasing industry.
The Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA), during its recent Fall Leadership Meeting in Dana Point, Calif., announced that Scott Anderson, senior vice president of finance, insurance and leasing for Rush Enterprises, Inc. was elected to serve on TRALA’s Board of Directors.
Anderson has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial equipment finance and vehicle renting and leasing industry.
“TRALA’s leadership is very pleased to have an individual with such an extensive industry resume join our board of directors in setting policy to help guide the industry’s future,” said TRALA president and CEO Peter Vroom. “Scott’s proven leadership skills and management experience, together with his financial background will be a tremendous asset.”
In his capacity at Rush Enterprises, Anderson has oversight of all secured financing for the company and leads the firm’s Rush Truck Financing, Rush Truck Leasing and ATIS Truck Insurance affiliates. He joined the company in 2005 as vice president of finance and insurance and was promoted to senior vice president of finance and insurance in 2006.
