New Zealand-based Apex Car Rentals has been named the top New Zealand car rental company by ratings company Canstar Blue.
According to this customer satisfaction survey in New Zealand, Apex received the highest rating of five stars for overall consumer satisfaction to achieve the “Most Satisfied Customers Award — Hire Cars” in a contest of six major vehicle rental brands.
Apex received five-star ratings in the areas of overall satisfaction, value for money, vehicle availability, booking process and transparency of fees and costs, says the company.
"A staggering 84% of New Zealand survey respondents report that they do their due diligence and check hire car prices online before making a purchase," said Kathryn O'Neil, managing director, New Zealand, Avis Budget Group, parent company of Apex. "But we also know our customers want to have an outstanding car hire experience, and our industry-leading customer service ratings can help travelers get more than just a great price on a great car."
Partnering with Colmar Brunton research, Canstar Blue gathered the results from respondents within a survey group who have rented a car in New Zealand in the last 12 months.
