Avis Budget Group and Rugby Canada have announced a new multi-year partnership designating Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental and Budget Truck Rental as official partners for the national sport organization.
Under the agreement, Avis Budget will serve Rugby Canada's business and national team ground transportation needs domestically and internationally, according to the agreement.

"The rugby community includes many passionate, committed and receptive individuals who travel for business, for pleasure or both," said Tom Villani, vice president, global travel and partnerships for Avis Budget Group. "Collaborating with Rugby Canada will help us showcase our brands, engage this audience and drive revenue."
Avis Budget Group will also be a strong supporter of the upcoming Canada Women's Sevens, a two-day event that combines traditional rugby with a unique atmosphere, as the world's 12 best teams compete in a round-robin tournament. The inaugural tournament takes place in Langford, B.C. on April 18 and 19.
