PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Avis has partnered with Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Fla., one of the country's top five malls, to offer a special promotion for travelers from several Latin American and Caribbean countries.
With the Sawgrass Mills/Avis Drive & Shop Program, travelers can book their car rental reservations from a select list of Avis International sales representatives in such countries as Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Bahamas and Bermuda. Upon arriving at Sawgrass Mills, the traveler just presents his or her Avis keys or rental agreement to receive an exclusive coupon book worth $1,500 in savings.
"The Drive & Shop Program in partnership with Avis ultimately maximizes the shopping experience at Sawgrass Mills with more opportunities to save money on everything from designer name clothes to electronics and home accessories," said Richard J. Eichenbaum, vice president and general manager of Sawgrass Mills.
