Avis Offers $50 Discount on Weekly SUV Rental
Avis also offers a free ski rack and special features for its vehicles designed for winter sports; savings for smaller vehicles are available.
Avis Rent A Car announced Nov. 4 that through April 30, 2009, customers can save $50 on a weekly rental of a sport utility vehicle. Customers also enjoy a free ski rack and features such as fully equipped, winterized vehicles, driving directions and emergency roadside assistance to ensure that they arrive at their winter sports destination safely.
Customers looking to rent smaller SUVs can save $25 off weekly rentals or $20 off weekend rates. This offer also applies to mid-size through full-size vehicles, minivans and several other car classes.
Avis is offering this discount at participating U.S. locations within California, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming, and participating Avis Ski locations in Canada.
Weekly and weekend rates require a Saturday night. This offer is subject to availability.
Avis is also the official rental car company of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA), the national governing body for Olympic skiing and snowboarding.
