Middleboro Auto Discount Center Inc., a licensee of the Hertz Global network, received the 2018 Top Performer NPS (Net Promoter Score) Award in Estero, Florida on May 15, 2019.
Edward J. Bresnahan Jr. is the owner of the Middleboro Auto Discount Center, a Thrifty franchise serving Worcester and Cape Cod. The award was granted by the Hertz Dollar Thrifty Licensee operations department under the Hertz Global network.
NPS is a customer service metric used by many industries and companies, including the car rental brands under the Hertz Global Network. Bresnahan’s locations had the highest score combined out of 340 corporate and 135 franchised Thrifty and Dollar locations in North America.
The franchisee’s business is locally owned and family operated serving the Massachusetts area for over 30 years. He currently serves four markets located among different municipal airports in the area.
Bresnahan credits the success of the business to his team which places a high priority on delivering excellent customer service.
