Car Hire Labs, a European-based online car rental broker, has opened its phone lines to Korean and Japanese customers.
It will offer a dedicated team of customer service and sales support that are native Korean and Japanese speakers, says the company. The new team will compliment Car Hire Labs website, which already offers Japanese and Korean translations.
“Car Hire Labs is an online car rental broker that realized the need to offer international car rental sales while retaining a local feel to our service by employing a multinational team of friendly staff from Japan, Korea and all over Europe,” said Kaie Trump, Car Hire Labs CEO. “We would like our customers from all over the world to feel as they have been served by their local company. We believe that renting a car should be as easy as calling for a cab.”
Car Hire Labs features car rental in the most popular travel destinations for the Korean and Japanese markets, which include the Hawaiian Islands and the U.S. west coast, says the company.
