At this year’s International Car Rental Show, Jim Schalberg, owner of Auto Rental Solutions, will once again offer attendees the CIRAS Certification session.
The Center for International Rental Automotive Standards (CIRAS) certification program aims to equip car rental employees with the knowledge and tools needed for success in the car rental industry. Topics include customer service procedures, incremental sales, insurance rates, marketing, and more.
Whether you are a seasoned car rental professional or new to the industry, CIRAS certification can help lead to better opportunities in your rental business, help you stand out to insurers or financial institutions, and help you stay up-to-date on issues in the rental car industry, says Schalberg.
“As a rental car operator, this is something you can do to be sure you are at the top of your game,” said Schalberg. “You’re passing the industry’s measurement of knowledge based on its skill assessments of the rental car professional role.”
The three-hour CIRAS course, offered for $199 in addition to ICRS registration, will convene March 23 from 2:35 p.m. to 5:25 p.m. at the ICRS. At the end of the session, attendees will be given a 25-question test. For those who pass the test, a CIRAS Certificate will be presented during the show’s Closing Keynote Address.
The 2020 International Car Rental Show, celebrating its 25th year, will take place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas March 22 to 24. To register for the event and the CIRAS session, visit here.
