Connect by Hertz Celebrates Expansion, Offers Free Rides
On Aug. 5, Connect by Hertz representatives in Manhattan will give away $75 driving credits to patrons who present a valid car sharing membership to any company.
It’s mid-summer and to celebrate the remainder of the travel season, Connect by Hertz, Hertz’s global car sharing club, has significantly expanded its presence throughout Manhattan, increasing its number of locations and fleet size more than 10-fold with the addition of more than 420 cars, conveniently situated at more than 170 parking locations.
To celebrate their Manhattan expansion, Connect by Hertz, Hertz’s global car sharing service, is giving away $75 driving credits at one of its information stations or by entering a promo code at www.ConnectbyHertz.com.

On Aug. 5, Connect reps will be at the corner of 23rd & 1st in Manhattan giving away $75 driving credits to those who present a valid car sharing membership from ANY company. Those unable to attend are able to sign up for membership at www.ConnectByHertz.com and use the promo code CARAVAN to get the $75 credit.
In addition to the Toyota Prius, Toyota Camry and Mini Cooper, Connect added the following cars to the company’s fleet:

Volkswagen Jetta & Beatle
Additionally, Connect by Hertz has also installed a new interactive screenpad in each Connect vehicle, which allows members to extend and/or end their reservation without calling the Company’s Member Care Center.
