TULSA, Okla. --- Dollar Rent A Car, a subsidiary of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, has introduced a new express service for frequent travelers. The Dollar Express Rental Program is now available at more than 250 Dollar locations in the U.S.
Express service includes prepared rental agreements in advance, complete with credit card authorization, vehicle assignment and a separate, fully staffed line for priority service. Other key program features include free membership, quick enrollment, easy reservations, 60-second express rental services, rapid returns, and online rental history and agreements.
"Dollar extends the services of the Dollar Express Service Program to frequent renters who value time and expediency," said Brian Carpenter, vice president of sales, marketing and advertising. "Using Dollar Express, renters will experience first-class counter service and top-notch treatment. Dollar is committed to providing quick reservation, rental and return services to all program members."
Using their profile, Dollar Express members can make reservations on dollar.com. Upon arrival, members simply proceed to the Express members' line, where their personal profile and rental information is quickly printed and they are sent on their way immediately, the company said. When returning a rental vehicle, Dollar Express members will be greeted by an agent in the parking lot. A hand-held computer will print a receipt at the car.
