Enterprise Renews Contract with Sabre
Enterprise Holdings and Sabre Corp., a technology provider to the travel industry, have renewed a multi-year agreement to sell inventory in the Sabre global distribution system.
Enterprise Holdings and Sabre Corp. have renewed a multi-year technology agreement to market and sell pricing and inventory availability in the Sabre global distribution system.
All three of Enterprise Holdings’ brands (Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car) are included in the global agreement, according to Sabre.
Sabre's travel marketplace plays a role in facilitating the marketing and sale of ancillaries, airfares, hotel rooms, rental cars, rail tickets and other types of travel to more than 400,000 travel agents and thousands of corporations who use it to shop, book and manage travel, according to the company.
"As we continue to expand globally, the Sabre travel marketplace will help us reach the most travelers around the world," said Lisa Burgess, vice president for Enterprise Holdings. "Sabre has been a great technology partner and an important part of our marketing strategy."
Enterprise will also use Sabre's Car Vision data product, which provides an end-to-end strategic view of performance in Sabre's travel marketplace. Sabre's car data products provide a tool to help guide a supplier's marketing, revenue and operations decisions, says the company.
"Sabre continues to develop new ways to partner with our suppliers — helping them increase revenues and differentiate themselves using our data products," said Greg Webb, president, Sabre Travel Network. "Enterprise has been an innovative partner in the use of such new and different tools. We look forward to continuing our work together and providing even more solutions in the future."
