“At Enterprise Holdings, we put a high value on diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can be their best," Shelley Roither, VP of human resources at Enterprise Holdings, said in a statement. "Signing the Valuable 500 reinforces to our colleagues, customers, and business partners that diversity and inclusion is a priority for our business at every level. We are honored to act as ambassadors and promoters for critical disability diversity issues.”

Inclusion and diversity are business priorities enshrined in Enterprise’s ‘Founding Values’ and ‘Cultural Compass’, which are the basis for the company’s global business strategy as well as individual employee measurement and progression.

U.K. and Ireland Managing Director Khaled Shahbo signed the pledge for Enterprise worldwide on yesterday at the company’s European headquarters in Egham, U.K., which was timed to coincide with the United Nations International Day for Persons with Disabilities.
