Enterprise Holdings Inc. earned four honors for excellence in recruiting by the Talent Board, a nonprofit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a positive candidate experience.

In addition to winning its third straight North American Candidate Experience Award and second straight EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) Candidate Experience Award, Enterprise received the Talent Board’s inaugural “Story Teller” designation, which highlights companies with the most notable and interesting candidate experience success stories in North America.

Enterprise also was one of only four companies to earn the EMEA award “with distinction” for implementing innovative practices throughout the recruiting cycle.

“We place a large emphasis on ensuring that anyone who’s interested in joining Enterprise has a positive and engaging recruitment experience,” said Marie Artim, vice president of global talent acquisition at Enterprise Holdings Inc. “Hearing this positive feedback directly from job candidates around the world confirms that our efforts in this area are being well-received.”

Each year, thousands of new employees are recruited and hired globally to support the Enterprise, National and Alamo brands, according to the company.

The Candidate Experience Award winners were selected based on survey responses from nearly 130,000 North American and 145,000 EMEA job candidates. The surveys evaluated more than 200 North American-based and 150 EMEA-based companies to identify and recognize organizations that produce positive candidate experiences.

In North America, Enterprise was one of 50 organizations — and the only car rental company — to receive the award. In the EMEA, Enterprise was one of 37 Candidate Experience Award winners, according to the company.
