In partnership with Bobit Business Media, Frontline Performance Group (FPG) is conducting a survey that provides insight on the biggest issues customer-facing retail operations (such as rental car operators and car manufacturers) face and how they stack up against their peers and other industries.
Entitled “What Keeps You Up at Night?” FPG is talking to senior leadership and business owners, representing multiple customer service verticals — 20 major brands in over 30 major markets across the U.S., Europe, Canada and Latin America.
This study was designed by FPG’s field consulting team.
“Our delivery to a wide variety of rental operators, car manufacturers, hotels, contact centers and financial services firms uniquely positions us to obtain information from a true cross-section of the retail marketplace,” said Ken Stellon, managing partner for FPG. “Senior leadership within our client engagements appreciate being apart of our annual surveys and the additional insights it provides them.”
The results of the survey will be revealed on Nov. 9 during the Auto Rental Summit at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
To participate or submit questions regarding the survey, contact Mark Hart, director of client performance, at mhart@frontlinepg.com or email surveys@frontlinepg.com.
