TORRANCE, Calif. -- Southern Auto Auction will be the title sponsor of the Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR) 2002, scheduled for April 12-14, 2002, at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Chicago.

"We are very happy to once again be the lead sponsor for the Conference of Automotive Remarketing," said Larry Tribble, president and owner of Southern Auto Auction. "CAR provides a great venue for remarketing executives to exchange ideas about current and future industry issues." Since 1947, Southern Auto Auction (SAA) has served car dealers in the vehicle remarketing industry. Located in East Windsor, Conn., Southern Auto Auction features a major facility that includes a 20,000-unit storage lot, as well as detail, mechanic and paint shops. SAA has major accounts with recognized names in the remarketing business, including Avis, Bank of America, DaimlerChrysler and Toyota.
