Thrifty Car Rental Opens Two Locations in Canberra, Australia
The newest location, set to open in May, will be at the Canberra Airport. The other location opened in February in Fyshwick.
The NRMA Group, owner of Thrifty Car Rentals, has expanded its presence in Canberra, Australia, with two new Thrifty locations, the company announced on April 9.
Thrifty’s new location at the Canberra Airport will officially open in late May to act as an express office for government and VIP customers.
The second Thrifty location in Canberra is in Fyshwick, in response to greater customer demand in the area. The Fyshwick location opened in February.
The NRMA Group flagged the region as an area of growth, hoping to leverage the brand recognition of its other Canberra-based businesses including MotorServe Car Service Centers and NRMA Safer Driving Schools.
