Avis Budget Car Rental LLC has added "Translation Assistance Services" for Avis and Budget customers traveling from Japan and Germany to North America. The new service provides non-English speaking customers with easy access to translation assistance, available free of charge via telephone.
Calls will be answered by multilingual personnel from The World Assist Group LLC, who will have the ability to assist Avis and Budget customers in German and Japanese with directions to any location within the U.S. and Canada, finding hotels, restaurants, local attractions, doctors, hospitals, etc., getting current road and weather conditions, communicating with Avis and Budget personnel, flight information and many other requests.
Avis and Budget also offer multi-lingual reservation service in French and Spanish. Customers can reach the translation assistance service when traveling in North America by calling 1-800-890-0046. Customers must reference a valid rental agreement number when contacting the service.
