TSD Mobility Solutions, a software provider for rental car companies and automotive dealerships, recently acquired Fleetlane, a cloud-based loaner fleet management software company that serves automotive dealerships, rental agencies, and automotive repair shops.

Based in Montreal, Quebec, Fleetlane provides dealers with vehicle management, back-office operations, and customer service, offering both English and French support. Fleetlane’s product development for dealerships and automotive retailers aims to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

“We’re bringing Fleetlane into the TSD family and offering French-speaking support to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealers in Canada,” said Shawn Concannon, TSD president, in an Aug. 4 news release. “Adding Fleetlane to TSD’s portfolio will expand our technology offering in the marketplace and strengthen our fleet management solution.”

With a wide range of integrated and easy-to-use features, such as e-signatures, telematics, planning tools, and DMS integrations, Fleetlane has been endorsed by several OEMs and received positive reviews from its customer base about its product and support team.

Concannon added, “Fleetlane’s solution is built with and for car dealerships, a philosophy TSD shares."

TSD is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reynolds and Reynolds.
