Sixt’s Thailand franchise Master Group Corp. plans to expand its fleet from 700 to 1,000 vehicles for the upcoming tourist season, according to a report by Nation Multimedia.
Sukolkarn Thamchuanviriya, director at Master Group Corp., told Nation Multimedia that the company will spend Bt250 million ($7.74 million U.S.) for the additional vehicles, including multi-purpose vehicles (MPVs).
Additionally, Sixt Thailand plans to open two more locations in Patong (Phuket) and Nakhon Si Thammarat; this would increase its total number of branches to 20, says the report.
