JUCY RV Rentals has announced the appointment of Hiron Menon as general manager of JUCY RV Rentals. In this newly created role, Menon will oversee all U.S. operations and marketing functions.

Menon comes to JUCY from TripScope where he served as co-founder and chief technology officer. He worked with the CEO to set the strategic vision for the organization, including developing the product roadmap, heading the technology team, and managing all aspects of operations and talent acquisition, leading to the company’s acquisition by Travefy.

Prior to TripScope, he served as chief operating officer and partner of A Hundred Years, a full-service creative marketing and communications agency.

“Hiron has an impressive background of growing companies essentially from scratch,” said Tim Alpe, chief JUCYFIER and JUCY co-founder. “He has clearly demonstrated the ability to build the right infrastructure, to hire the right talent, and to improve and grow operations. We’re excited to have him lead this next phase of JUCY in the U.S.”

JUCY RVs feature all the comforts of a RV within the frame of an easy-to-drive minivan, according to the company. With two double beds, each RV sleeps up to four people and also features a refrigerator, two gas stoves, a sink, and a DVD player.

Currently, JUCY’s U.S. locations are in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. The company recently announced its delivery and retrieval service within a 50-mile radius of its branch locations.
