Ford's car subscription service Canvas will be offered for the first time outside its home city of San Francisco, as the company expands to the West Los Angeles market place, according to a report by The Drive.

Canvas users rent Ford vehicles on a monthly basis. A flat fee, which averages between $400 and $500, covers insurance, maintenance, and roadside assistance, according to the report.

The rental option is part of Ford’s experiments in mobility services, which also includes the Chariot shuttle service and GoBike bike-sharing service.
