Renter Rated Program Expands Services
CarRentaExpress.com’s Renter Rated program is now available to the general car rental market, not just CarRentalExpress.com members.
At the recent Auto Rental Summit in Hollywood, Fla., Express Internet Technologies (EIT) — the parent company of CarRentalExpress.com — has announced that its Renter Rated program is now available to the general car rental market, not just CarRentalExpress.com members. CarRentalExpress.com is a comparison and bookings site dedicated to independent car rental agencies.
No matter the rental or reservation system used on an agency's website, EIT can install the Renter Rated program, which allows renters to review and rate their rentals in nine categories using 1 to 5 stars.
In addition to the nine categories to rate, there is also a form for individual comments.
And once a renter completes a rating, he or she will be entered in a drawing for an iPad Mini. Every month since Renter Rated started in 2005, a winner from the previous month’s participants has been randomly drawn for various prizes.
