2013 Auto Rental Summit Date, Location Announced
The 2013 Auto Rental Summit will be held Nov. 4-5, 2013 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
Auto Rental News and Bobit Business Media are pleased to announce that the 2013 Auto Rental Summit will be held Nov. 4-5, 2013 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
Now in its second year, Auto Rental Summit is a groundbreaking training and education conference designed to improve customer service and enhance revenue of car rental operations. Auto rental managers, executives and employees from corporate, franchised and independent companies from North America and overseas are invited to attend.
Once again, Auto Rental Summit will be held in conjunction with the announcement of the winners of the Auto Rental News Professional of the Year Awards, sponsored by American Express. Accepting nominations from auto rental companies worldwide, the Professional of the Year Awards honor three associates who demonstrate and promote outstanding customer satisfaction within the car rental process.
“In our inaugural Summit, we helped car rental operators improve their customer's experience through exclusive content and one-on-one access to the industry’s top consultants,” said Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News. “And hearing our award winners tell their stories really brought the value of excellent customer service home to attendees.”
Brown added, “We’re continuing to build an event with a powerful core message of customer service excellence. Stay tuned for announcements on some exciting new partnerships and content for 2013!”
