Advantage Expands Leadership Team
Advantage Rent A Car announces the appointment of three senior management additions to its leadership team.
Janice Bunch has been appointed Chief People Officer (CPO). Prior to joining Advantage, Bunch served as vice president and CPO of Karta Technologies Inc. Her professional experience includes managing human resources, administrative and business operations, culture and organization development, benefits design and administration, talent recruiting and retention and HR policy development.
Bob Dimmick joins the leadership team as executive vice president, marketing, with a career spanning several decades in advertising and marketing. Dimmick served over 15 years in the car rental industry in positions ranging from director of advertising to vice president of sales and marketing at Thrifty Car Rental and corporate vice president, marketing at National Car Rental Inc. Most recently Dimmick was employed as general manager, sales with Winnercomm Sports Inc., an outside provider of television programming to the ESPN networks.
Matthew Reingold rounds out the recent appointments as vice president, revenue management. His experience extends over a wide range of service industries and includes improving operational and financial performance through managing business growth and development. Reingold adds seven years of car rental experience to the management team, having worked his way through the ranks beginning with shift manager to senior director of operations with Alamo Rent-A-Car.
