Advantage Rent-A-Car, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, has introduced a new look and name for its express rental program. The name, Easy Rental Star Service, incorporates one of Advantage's earlier brand identity lines -- "star treatment" -- into this line of service.

At rental counters, customers will see new materials including light boxes, mobiles, counter cards and contract holders. Renters will be directed to a specific place in the rental office where they can review their preprinted contract, sign the rental agreement and return to the rental agent for vehicle keys.

There will be no changes in the way that renters become members of the program. After their first Advantage rental, customers are automatically assigned an Easy ID number. Each time the renters use their Easy ID number when making a reservation, they become Star Service members automatically for that rental. Current clients of Advantage Rent-A-Car can check past rental contracts under this Easy ID number or can ask their reservationist when calling to make a reservation.
